This website is operated by The Soapy Zebra (we, us). By using this website and making any purchase you agree to our terms and conditions below. 

If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not use our website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct and contains everything you need before you check out. The information that you provide must be accurate and your own personal data. We are unable to change an order once it has been received or combine shipping on separately placed orders. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice. 

The Soapy Zebra has cosmetic safety reports for all necessary products and is fully compliant with current UK cosmetic regulations.

Prices & Payment
The Soapy Zebra currently only sells within the UK. Prices are shown in GBP£ sterling. We currently accept payments via Paypal and card payments processed by our website provider Create Payments. If you are local to us it may be possible to pay in cash, please contact us to discuss this.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products as and when necessary and without prior notice. Any price changes would not be applied to products you have already purchased.

Payment is required before an order can be dispatched and orders cannot be processed via our website checkout without payment in full.

All customers have the right to cancel their website order, but please do so in writing within 7 working days. Customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those, provided they remain unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first to arrange a return. The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer unless the goods were sent in error. Perfectly Imperfect bars are excluded from returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your goods are damaged and/or there is an item missing then this MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if possible, but due to the limited amount of each product made replacements may not always be available. If this occurs you will be allowed to choose an alternative product of equivalent value or receive a full refund of your purchase, including shipping costs. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return. 

All product images, text, product descriptions and products are the property of The Soapy Zebra. You may not duplicate, use or distribute any of this information without our prior consent. We will take legal action against any persons found to be misusing our intellectual property.
